RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please be informed that we do not accept any exchanges or returns for fabrics once they have been sold. As each fabric is carefully crafted and tailored to meet your unique requirements, we encourage you to thoroughly review product details, including descriptions and images, before making your purchase.
We endeavor to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
- Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the product material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
- Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There is bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
- 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
- We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Your Brand as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.
DAMAGED/WRONG PRODUCT POLICY
- We strive to work on always making your experience with Your Brand a pleasant one. However, due to unforeseen events, if you ever receive a damaged product as part of your order, do not worry. We are here to help you.
- If you receive a damaged/defective product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product on contact.fabonique@gmail.com to raise a complaint.

Once the complaint is raised, you have to send us product unboxing images/videos of your damaged/defective product along with the description of the damage on contact.fabonique@gmail.com.
- Once the request is approved, we will either a request for pick up or advice you to send the product back to us at your address.
- Ensure that all the products that you send back due to the reason of damage are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e., in their original sealed and undamaged packaging – and must have their original label. Items should not be washed or worn.
- If we ask you to send the product back to us, the shipping charges of sending the product will be reimbursed by us after we inspect the product and approve an exchange.
- Once we inspect the damaged product as we receive it , we will approve an exchange after it matches all of our criteria.
- We will send you a fresh product then which shall reach you within 7-14 working days.
