At Fabonique, we understand the importance of seamless shopping, which is why we ensure that your orders are delivered safely, promptly, and with the least hassle possible. We offer free shipping across India on all orders over ₹999. So shop worry-free, and we’ll take care of the rest!
SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 working days from the date of order placement. Delivery usually takes an additional 2-10 working days within India, depending on the location and transit conditions.

For international orders, delivery may take up to 10-15 working days.

Customized fabric orders may take 7-10 working days for delivery, while ready fabrics will be delivered within 2-4 working days.
- In rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as courier issues or external conditions.
- Any products requiring separate shipping charges will have that information displayed on the product detail page and during checkout.
- We can only ship to one address per order. To send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Extra charges apply to international orders, and all custom duties and taxes are to be borne by the customer.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details to track your order online.

No express delivery is currently offered.
- By placing an order, you authorize our logistics partner to contact you regarding any delivery concerns.
- Customs charges (if applicable) for international returns will be deducted from the refund.

- Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of all charges and taxes, unless stated otherwise.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

COD is available for orders up to ₹10,000. For orders exceeding ₹10,000, only prepaid payment options are available.(Need to discuss and add accordingly)
- The provided pin code must be within the COD serviceable areas. If your pin code is not serviceable, please use an alternate online payment method.
- COD orders must be paid in full before opening the package. Do not accept any order if the package appears open, torn, or tampered with.

COD charges will apply to sale products and orders under ₹799. There are no extra charges for COD on fresh products above ₹799, except for sale items.
- COD is not available for international orders.

- Modifying Shipping Address: You can modify your shipping address within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, and once the order is packed, no changes to the shipping address will be accepted.
Fabonique Cancellation Policy
At Fabonique, we aim to offer a smooth shopping experience. Cancellations are accepted before the order has been packaged and shipped.

Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been packaged and shipped.

How to Cancel: To cancel your order, email us at care@fabonique.com with your order number and registered email ID, along with the reason for cancellation.

After Shipping: Once your order has been packed and shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible. However, you may exchange the product following our exchange policy.
- Multiple Cancellations: Customers who frequently cancel orders may have their accounts added to our blacklist to prevent future order placements.
